For Tenants

To keep the process safe and verified, all viewings and rental negotiations must be coordinated through Bali Long Stay. Tenants agree not to bypass the platform by contacting owners or villa staff directly to avoid platform fees.

• Exact villa location is shared only after a viewing has been confirmed by our team.
• Owner contact details are never shared publicly.
• All offers and agreements pass through Bali Long Stay so that deposits and contracts are protected.

For Owners

By submitting your villa, you agree that any tenant introduced through Bali Long Stay remains a Bali Long Stay lead. If a transaction occurs with that tenant — directly or indirectly — the agreed success fee still applies.
